Where is your product made?

All of our pieces are handmade in small batches within our Melbourne studio. Proudly, up to 80% of our product and materials are sourced locally in Australia.

What is your product made out of?

A water based composite material called Jesmonite.
Jesmonite is considered eco-friendly, non-solvent and contains no VOC’s.

Is it normal to see minor bubbles and specks of discoloration on my pieces?

Yes, each piece will have minor bubbles on the surface and at the base. There will also be minor variations in colour and textures, which is not considered a fault and is a part of the natural man-made process. The resin we use is made up of two parts, a reactive mineral base and a pure water based resin that is combined together to create a mixture that is then poured into our moulds. During this process, air bubbles will naturally float to the top of the mould resulting in the final texture and finish of our pieces.

Do you take custom orders?

We definitely try to cater to the preferences of our customers. In the case that you do want a specific colour or mould shape, please get in contact with us with your special requests so that we can discuss further.
