Here at Haus of Eser we encourage mindful buying, for this reason please choose your items carefully as we do not offer “change of mind” exchanges or returns.

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Haus of Eser reserves the right to request any supporting images during the process of approving a return if necessary.

Any item purchased with intent to return due to variation in colouration, texture, minor bubbles or spotting on surface will not be accepted. Due to the handmade nature of each product, the qualities mentioned are deemed a part of the natural handmade process. No two products are identical, being uniquely designed for your space.
